Relationship coaching is definitely not right for a couple who is working through trauma or serious mental health issues – that requires a specialist therapist. But it can help address issues happening within a relationship like communication, trust, parenting, or stress.

Therapists analyze their client’s past as a tool for understanding present behaviors.
