5. The Anxiety Sisters

Not only do they have awesome blog posts about mental health, but they also have tons of great resources such as helpful links and templates. What I loved was the comic relief section, where they have funny comics just in case you need a little laughter in your life.

6. Therese Borchard

Lots of great info for families and friends of those suffering from mental health issues.  A cool fact about Therese is that she also created Project Hope and Beyond- “an online community for persons with unrelenting depression and anxiety, as well as their families and friends who want to better understand them.”

7. Defying Mental Illness

Chuck shares his journey overcoming his mental illness and Zoe shares her experience as a caregiver. I love hearing both sides of mental illness. They also have tons of inspiring stories from mental health survivors.
