Shares lots of anxiety tips for moms and soon-to-be-moms

Shares lots of anxiety tips for moms and soon-to-be-moms. Added bonus: She recently had a second baby and has talked all of how her mental health has been impacted by the whole process.

Not only do they have awesome blog posts about mental health, but they also have tons of great resources such as helpful links and templates. What I loved was the comic relief section, where they have funny comics just in case you need a little laughter in your life.

Lots of great info for families and friends of those suffering from mental health issues.  A cool fact about Therese is that she also created Project Hope and Beyond- “an online community for persons with unrelenting depression and anxiety, as well as their families and friends who want to better understand them.”
